Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers in a collaborative call center environment, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless shopping experience
  • Become a product and solutions expert by learning about arenaflex's products and services, including pricing, shipping, and product features
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience with CRM software and customer service platforms
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Compensation and Perks

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25-$28 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
