Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through multilingual support and solutions expertise. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. If you're fluent in both verbal and written English and Spanish, have prior customer service experience, and are eager to learn and grow, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Become a product and solutions expert! We'll equip you to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services

Skills and Competencies

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
