Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department. Your daily duties will include maintaining our customer database, making daily outbound phone calls, routing technicians based on location, and maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team. You'll work closely with our technicians, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department

• Maintain our customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
• Make daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians to confirm appointments and provide updates
• Route technicians based on location to ensure efficient service delivery
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns
• Maintain a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Schedule:

* Wednesday: In-office work at our Chantilly office from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)

Qualifications:

* Previous call center experience (at least 1 year)

• Ability to type at least 70 words per minute
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team
• Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
• Ability to accurately document information into our customer database (Service Titan)
