This role involves partnering with different departments to understand their daily workflows and pain points, researching applicable AI tools, and helping evaluate potential solutions that improve efficiency and decision making.

Job Responsibilities

• Research the latest AI tools, platforms, and automation technologies suitable for corporate functions (e.g. Merchandising Operations, Technical Services, Finance, Human Resources, Logistics, etc.). • Work directly with functional teams to document their routine tasks, processes, and operational challenges. • Conduct workflow analysis to identify areas for process optimization or automation. • Build structured reports summarizing findings, opportunities, and tool recommendations. • Assist in preparing presentations, demos, and documentation for internal stakeholders. • Support small scale testing or proof of concept activities under supervision.

Requirements

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines. • Basic understanding or strong curiosity about AI, machine learning, and digital transformation. • Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Comfortable working with diverse teams and managing multiple tasks. • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and basic data analysis tools is a plus. • Self-motivated, detail oriented, and eager to learn.
