Remote, USA Full-time Posted 2026-06-17

We’re looking for people to join the Access family, who share our passion for believing in better, and who will help us continue to grow.

Love Work. Love Life. Be You. - is central to our success and how we give our customers the freedom to do more of what's important to them.

What does Access offer you?

We offer a blended approach to office working, encouraging you to collaborate and connect in one of our thriving offices. We deliver on what we say, taking the development of our people seriously. We’ll work with you to progress your success plan and provide opportunities to accelerate your career.

On top of a competitive salary, our wellbeing days taking you to 25 days leave a year and a health contribution, you’ll also be able to choose from a range of benefits to suit you. We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have three charity days allocated to support a cause that matters to you.

About you:

You’re someone who brings order, clarity and calm to busy content environments. You enjoy keeping projects moving, supporting teams and making sure everything we create feels joined up and purposeful. You’re comfortable taking hands-on ownership of content creation, whether that’s a skill you’ve built directly or one you’re bringing from adjacent experience, using artificial intelligence tools as part of your everyday workflow. You’re confident editing and shaping content and you know how messaging should change for different audiences and moments in a buyer’s journey. You’re curious, you ask questions and you’re happy diving into complex product areas to understand what needs to be said and why. You’re also comfortable using artificial intelligence tools to speed up research, refine copy and keep production flowing.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Manage content projects from brief to publication, keeping timelines clear and removing blockers.
  • Work closely with teams across design, digital and product to keep content production smooth and collaborative.
  • Create content directly using artificial intelligence tools, taking ownership of output from brief to publication, as well as shaping clear briefs and providing direction to external contributors.
  • Review content to make sure it meets our tone of voice, is accurate and supports our content strategy.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Experience in the EdTech or learning solutions space.
  • Understanding of search engine optimisation and geographical content best practice.
  • Experience working across complex product portfolios or matrixed teams.
  • Training or professional development in copywriting or content marketing.
