Responsibilities

As an Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our policyholders. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers to address inquiries and complaints, delivering effective solutions and following up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Tracking and managing customer interactions, ensuring all policy-related questions are fully resolved.
  • Verifying coverage for new clients and providing policyholders with accurate proof of insurance documentation.
  • Staying informed on the latest marketing initiatives and insurance tools to confidently answer client questions.
  • Handling inbound calls related to policy concerns, complaints, and general inquiries with professionalism and care.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
  • On-site position (remote work will be available in the future).
  • Exceptional communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or customer service role (required).
  • Basic knowledge of insurance policies and schedules (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Must have at least a 440 Insurance CSR License to qualify for the position.
