Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Gainesville, GA. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers through various channels, and providing expert product knowledge to ensure a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options to answer customer questions confidently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
