Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Experience Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering dealership group phones and directing customers to the correct department/location
  • Placing outbound calls to schedule and confirm service appointments via phone or SMS
  • Working cooperatively with remote teams to ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Updating customer records and maintaining accurate information
  • Communicating with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Scanning documents and assisting with administrative tasks
  • Participating in customer satisfaction processes to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Qualifications
