Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients. You'll be the face of our company, and your interactions will shape the customer experience. We're looking for someone who is empathetic, proactive, and has a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems

  • Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
  • Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
  • Up-sell and cross-sell products and services as needed
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs

Customer Service Job Requirements and Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
  • Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
  • MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
