Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, providing exceptional support to our clients through various channels. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs. This is a remote opportunity, and you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding their pension/structured settlement annuity
  • Assist customers with account maintenance, including direct deposit changes and address updates
  • Work with family members and beneficiaries to navigate the claims process
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding account information and provide solutions to resolve issues
  • Process and navigate Windows-based operating systems with ease
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* 1-2 years of customer service experience, with a strong focus on resolving customer complaints and issues

  • 1-2 years of Microsoft Suite experience, with a strong understanding of Windows-based operating systems
  • Call center experience is strongly preferred, but not required
  • Intermediate computer literacy and ability to navigate software applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information to customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • High-speed internet and a quiet, secure workspace are required for remote work
  • Ability to use video during interviews and training sessions
  • Availability to work during business hours, with flexibility to adjust schedules based on business needs

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with pension/structured settlement annuities or similar products

  • Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
