Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in DeSoto, TX. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer inquiries, process orders, and provide product and solutions expertise to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their inquiries and concerns
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services, and providing accurate and timely information to customers
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer experiences

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a call center or customer-facing role

  • Knowledge of customer service software and technology
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation and Perks

* Pay from $25 to $29 per hour with significant growth and earning potential
