Job Description

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Remote Administrative Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our team's efforts to deliver high-quality services to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Data entry and management: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Administrative support: Provide administrative assistance to our team members, including responding to emails, making phone calls, and performing other tasks as needed.
  • Research and analysis: Conduct research and analysis to support our team's efforts, including gathering data, identifying trends, and making recommendations.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with our team members, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure that all needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support:

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
