Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Arlington, TX. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers through various channels, and providing expert product knowledge to drive sales and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide product information
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless shopping experience
• Develop product and solutions expertise to answer customer questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
