Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing excellent communication skills to assess customers' needs, provide solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues
  • Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies, staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
  • Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, consistently delivering high-quality service and exceeding customer expectations
  • Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers, as needed
  • Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and ensure timely resolution

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent listening skills, with the ability to actively listen, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
  • Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding customer expectations
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team
  • Must reside in California
