We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries, issues, and concerns. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a courteous and empathetic manner
  • Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
  • Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals for customer satisfaction and resolution rates
  • Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes in a secure and efficient manner
  • Upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers as needed
  • Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and concerns
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional customer experiences

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet customer needs and deadlines
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a clear and concise manner
  • Customer-focused attitude, with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and customer needs
  • MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA
