Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll support one of the largest financial providers in the U.S. – no cold calling required! This is an inbound call center environment in the comfort of your own home. We offer paid training that will help prepare you for the launch of this new career.

What We're Looking For

* Must reside in South Carolina (Remote): We're looking for a dedicated and passionate individual who can commit to working from home in South Carolina.

• Must be at least 18 years old: We're committed to hiring individuals who are at least 18 years old and have the necessary skills and experience to excel in this role.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required: We're looking for individuals with a high school diploma or GED equivalent and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• 1 year of relevant work experience: We're seeking individuals with at least 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service or a related field.
• Open availability during operating hours a must!: We're looking for individuals who can commit to working flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
• Professional customer service aptitude is essential: We're committed to hiring individuals who have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a proven track record of success in this area.

Home Setup Requirements

* Provided Equipment: arenaflex will ship the necessary equipment, including a computer, headset, and other tools required for the role.

• Internet Requirements: A hardwired high-speed internet connection is required, with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps.
• Work Environment: A quiet, distraction-free space is essential, with a webcam video presence required during training and production.
• Device Requirements: You'll need to use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets) for the first few days of training before we ship the equipment.
