Job Description
- Manage and strategize client workload distribution across the Customer Success team.
- Analyze client requirements, service data, and performance metrics to identify efficiency improvements.
- Develop and implement process optimization initiatives for client projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, sales, product) to align client needs with business objectives.
- Create forecasting models to anticipate workload and resource requirements.
- Standardize processes and documentation for better scalability and consistency.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve customer experience and retention.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate success and identify gaps.
Skills & Qualifications
- Advanced English language skills (Verbal and Written).
- Bachelor's degree or higher education in industrial engineering or related field.
- 4+ years' experience in industrial engineering working with client-facing teams, preferably in customer success or account management or related roles.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI and/or ERP systems) and project management systems.
- Green Belt or Black Belt certification in Six Sigma, and familiarity with ISO compliance are preferred.
- Strong background in workload analysis, process optimization, or operations management.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic, client-driven environment.
Workspace Requirements
- Ability to perform independently and remotely.
