Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our clients' operations by accurately entering customer orders, providing exceptional customer service, and performing routine clerical tasks. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurately entering incoming customer orders into our database
  • Professionally answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate individuals, providing basic information or assistance when necessary
  • Serving as the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly, helpful, and prompt customer service via phone, email, or in person
  • Performing routine clerical tasks such as filing documents, making copies, scanning records, and maintaining organized filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Supporting general office operations by assisting with supply inventory, mail distribution, and other tasks as assigned to help maintain an efficient workflow and a professional office environment

What You Need to Succeed

To be a successful Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Top-tier customer service, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • 1-2 years of experience in a data entry or customer service role (preferred)
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
