Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. You'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and providing expert guidance on our financial services. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls from existing clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Notate account information, work with in-house departments to resolve customer concerns, and review accounts to match clients with new services
  • Utilize Excel spreadsheets to track customer interactions and account information
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide expert guidance to clients
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field; experience in the financial industry a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to type 30 wpm or greater
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience as a customer service representative, administrative assistant, receptionist, secretary, or data entry clerk

  • Knowledge of financial products and services, including banking, investments, and insurance
  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
