Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tupelo, MS. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, providing solutions to their needs, and building long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from clients, providing timely and effective solutions to their needs
- Set appointments and conduct presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
- Utilize basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and update client records
- Participate in quality control initiatives to ensure exceptional service standards
- Develop leadership skills through ongoing training and development programs
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- 18+ years of age
- Must pass a background check
- High school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)
- Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset to your application:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in software applications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
