Your Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:

  • Basic computer literacy: You'll need to be comfortable using a computer and navigating software applications.

Your Job Responsibilities:

As a customer service sales representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Contacting leads: You'll be responsible for contacting the leads we provide to schedule virtual meetings with clients.
  • Presenting benefit programs: You'll need to present benefit programs to enroll new clients and cultivate relationships with them.
  • Collaborating with your manager: You'll work closely with your manager to define clear objectives and goals, and achieve them through dedicated effort and determination.
