Role Summary: We are seeking a Field & Events Marketing Manager who will be responsible for strategically planning and executing a diverse range of sponsored, hosted, and field events with a large emphasis on tradeshows.These events will be measured by their delivery of pipeline creation, great brand experiences and industry presence. Please note this is a hybrid role based out of our Palo Alto office and requires a minimum of 4 days in office. What you will be doing:

  • Own end-to-end trade show and conference logistics, including vendor coordination, budgeting, staffing, metrics tracking, and on-site execution, ensuring high-quality experiences and results delivery.
  • Plan and execute highly impactful field marketing events that generate qualified leads, accelerate sales opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships, including executive dinners, account-specific events, and ABM programs.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify key accounts and develop tailored marketing strategies that engage prospects.
  • Work effectively across GTM to provide campaign and demand programs for pre-event and post-event support, ensuring the delivery of event KPIs.
  • Partner with sales teams to understand segment and regional priorities, account needs, and revenue targets, translating them into actionable field marketing plans.

What we are looking for:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or trade show management within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proven history of managing trade shows and conferences end-to-end, including strategy, logistics, vendor management, and on-site leadership.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple events, deadlines, and stakeholders while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to track metrics, evaluate event ROI, and optimize programs based on performance insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and represent the brand professionally at events.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a bias for action—comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing and event tools (e.g., Eloqua, On24, Salesforce) is a plus.

The anticipated annual pay scale for this position is $120,000-$170,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Globality's total compensation package for employees. This information is provided per the California Equal Pay Act.
