Key Responsibilities

Training & Documentation: Educate employees on cybersecurity best practices and create technical documentation for IT processes.

• Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• *

Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), CISSP, or CCNA (preferred but not mandatory).

• *

Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.

• *

Hands-on experience with firewalls, antivirus software, endpoint protection, and cloud security solutions.

Strong knowledge of network security protocols, encryption methods, and penetration testing.

Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently in a remote environment.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, remote work setting.

2+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT support, or a related field.

Previous experience in a remote IT support or helpdesk role is a plus.
