Research Technician II (Part-Time) - Sarver Heart Center
The Sarver Heart Center is seeking a Research Technician II to assist with analyzing and developing multi-omic methods for biological characterization including standard biochemical assays such as genomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics for tissue repair in-vitro and in-vivo.

Duties & Responsibilities- Under PI supervision and guidance, assist with basic molecular biological experiments such as PCR/ qPCR/rt-PCR experiments, enzyme linked immunosorbent assays (ELISAs), cell viability assays, immunostaining, cell proliferation assays (BrdU, Edu, proliferation markers), restriction enzyme digests, ligation, gel electrophoresis, flow cytometry and mammalian cell culture, expansion and storage.
- Following operational procedure guidelines, assist the PI with laboratory tasks by reviewing and analyzing multiomic methods of biological characterization including standard biochemical assays (genomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics for tissue repair in-vitro and in-vivo).
- Maintain accurate logs, records, notes, data, and spreadsheets to document the results of experiments, compiling research data and facilatating data analysis.

Minimum Qualifications- High school diploma or high school diploma equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Bachelor's or 3 years of laboratory experience preferred.
