EPM Senior Consultant (5175)

We are seeking an experienced EPM Senior Consultant to lead the design and implementation of enterprise performance management solutions. This role partners with business stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver scalable system designs, and support end-to-end implementations across Planning, Consolidation, Reconciliation, and Reporting. The ideal candidate has strong finance process knowledge, hands-on EPM expertise, and experience guiding projects through design, configuration, testing, and deployment while mentoring junior team members and ensuring high-quality delivery. This is a remote position supporting a Newtown, PA based team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into EPM solutions • Design, configure, and implement EPM applications (Planning, FCCS, ARCS, Reporting, etc.) • Facilitate CRP cycles, testing, and user acceptance activities • Develop and support integrations with ERP and other source systems • Provide solution architecture guidance and ensure best practice design • Troubleshoot issues, perform system optimization, and support post-go-live activities • Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, IT, and leadership teams • Mentor junior consultants and review their deliverables • Manage project tasks, timelines, and deliverables within assigned workstreams • Create and maintain documentation including design specs, test scripts, and user guides

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience implementing EPM solutions (e.g., Planning, FCCS, ARCS, Reporting) • Strong understanding of finance processes (budgeting, forecasting, close, reporting) • Experience leading requirements gathering, design, and configuration activities • Knowledge of data integrations (e.g., Data Management, FBDI, APIs) • Ability to lead CRPs, testing cycles, and user acceptance • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience working in project-based environments with tight timelines

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with full lifecycle Oracle EPM Cloud implementations • Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle ERP, SAP, etc.) and integrations • Familiarity with additional EPM modules (EDM, PCM, Narrative Reporting) • Basic technical skills (SQL, scripting, or automation tools) • Prior consulting experience or client-facing role • Experience mentoring junior team members or leading small teams • Understanding of implementation methodologies (e.g., OUM, Agile) • Relevant certifications (Oracle EPM Cloud certifications preferred)

The proposed salary for this position is:$134,700—$210,400 USD
