We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Representative to join our team and support our patients and advocates via phone, email, and chat. As a key member of our customer experience team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our clients and advocates receive world-class support and have a seamless experience with our platform.

About the Role

As a Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Learning our systems, tools, and technology to provide a great support experience for our clients and advocates
• Using the resources we supply to provide world-class customer service to our clients and advocates
• Gathering and tracking feedback to work towards the constant improvement of our customer's experience and our platform
• Building strong relationships with our clients and advocates, helping them feel heard and understood
• Taking action based on the feedback you receive by reporting issues and sharing detailed notes
• Resolving clients and advocate inquiries to their complete satisfaction via phone, email, and chat

• You're a natural troubleshooter, knowing what questions to ask to get to the root of any issue, and have enough tech experience to walk someone through basic issues with their browser or phone
