Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, resolving their queries and concerns, and providing technical support. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience, and that their needs are met with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat

  • Provide technical support and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage customer accounts and provide personalized support
  • Deliver exceptional customer service experience consistently
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Adapt to changing projects and updates with flexibility and agility
  • Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple responsibilities
  • Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
  • Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills
  • High level of comfort learning new technology
  • High level of professionalism
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working from home
  • Self-motivated and success-driven

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role

  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience in a Call Center
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish Bilingual, a plus

Compensation and Benefits

* $15.00 - $16.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
