Position Description
As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional support experiences to our clients' customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls
- Scheduling appointments, qualifying insurance leads, recruiting patients, and setting medical appointments
- Demonstrating a deep understanding of our clients' products and services, as well as our company's policies and procedures
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and priorities
- A computer that meets our minimum workstation requirements (Intel Core i5 2.1GHz or better, Windows 10, 8GB RAM, webcam, and high-speed internet access)
- A quiet workspace with a dedicated desk
- Ability to attend a 2-week mandatory virtual training program (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST)
