What to Expect

As a Work-from-Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through inbound calls, emails, and chats. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service possible. You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement solutions that meet our clients' needs, and you'll be empowered to make decisions that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding products and services
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to senior team members or management as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first call resolution (FCR) and customer satisfaction (CSAT)
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to work in a virtual environment, with a focus on self-motivation and discipline

What You'll Need to Get Started

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:

  • A computer with a separate monitor (dual monitors may be required on some client programs)
  • High-speed wired internet (no WiFi)
  • A phone with a headset (USB headset with microphone required for certification)
  • A quiet and dedicated workspace, free from distractions and interruptions
  • Ability to pass a background screening
