- Base salary range of $75,000-$90,000;
- Performance bonus up to $20,000 ($0~$20,000) (Cap amt: H1: $10,000 ; H2 $10,000) for a total earning potential of $110,000.;
- A tiered incentive bonus, which scales progressively based on the base performance bonus mentioned above, is awarded upon exceeding the semi-annual (H1 and H2) sales goals

- Execute a Comprehensive Growth Strategy: Drive revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and initial outreach to conversion and long-term retention.
- Territory Management: Optimize your sales funnel through disciplined activity, structured testing of sales approaches, and consistent follow-up.
- Strategic Partnership: Act as a senior consultant to our external partners, helping them unlock incremental growth through our high-tech solutions.
- Performance Excellence: Combine analytical rigor with exceptional interpersonal skills to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Industry and Domain Experience: 2+ years of related experience in the autonomous robotics, commercial landscape, golf industry, or outdoor power equipment (OPE) industry.
- Strategic Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders and build high-level customer relationships.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in leveraging CRM systems (HubSpot), Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office to drive data-informed decisions and operational efficiency.
- Bilingual Capability: Native or professional fluency in both English is mandatory, as this role requires seamless communication with international teams and partners. Mandarin and any second language will be an advantage.
