Customer Procurement & Compliance Specialist

Our AI agents automate candidate engagement, eliminate fraud, accelerate screening, and help hiring teams make better decisions, faster. We're scaling fast and we're looking for someone who can own procurement + compliance during our sales process and help us close deals faster.
This is not a back-office role.
You'll be:
- Partnered with Sales to unblock deals and accelerate time-to-close
- Own and complete customer procurement, security, and compliance questionnaires (RFPs, vendor forms, security reviews)
- Jumping on customer calls to handle security/compliance questions
- Collaborating with Engineering, Product & Sales to gather accurate and complete responses
- Build and maintain a centralized knowledge base of reusable answers (security, product, legal, etc.)
- Support ongoing compliance efforts (SOC 2, GDPR, AI compliance, and related standards)
If you:
- Have A+ communication skills (this is non-negotiable)
- Can translate technical concepts into clear business answers
- Understanding of contract workflows and document lifecycle management
- Experience working with AI-enabled tools or legal tech platforms
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Are willing to roll up your sleeves and get things done
- 2+ years of experience in ops, legal ops, compliance, or similar
