The Senior Reporting Analyst will be responsible for managing high-tier customer requests, extracting and analyzing large datasets, and delivering impactful insights to internal teams and clients. This individual will be the go-to expert for SQL, Looker Studio, Google Analytics, and GQL, ensuring data is retrieved efficiently and translated into clear, actionable reports. The Senior Reporting Analyst will take ownership of complex reporting projects, optimize processes for automation, and help enhance the overall analytics function. This role will work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Leadership teams to identify trends, improve reporting frameworks, and provide strategic guidance. Additionally, the Senior Reporting Analyst will mentor junior analysts, refine best practices, and contribute to ongoing improvements in reporting and data visualization.

  • Manage and execute high-priority SQL requests, ensuring accurate data extraction and analysis.
  • Design, maintain, and enhance Looker Studio dashboards, Excel reports, and other data visualization tools.
  • Analyze Google Analytics and GQL data to provide valuable insights and business recommendations.
  • Own high-tier customer reporting requests, collaborating with internal teams to deliver timely solutions.
  • Ensure accuracy in reporting and optimize workflows for efficiency and automation.
  • Identify and communicate key trends, patterns, and anomalies in complex data sets.
  • Develop data storytelling strategies to explain performance trends to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Act as a mentor to junior analysts, offering guidance on SQL, data analysis, and visualization techniques.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to provide prescriptive insights and best practices.
  • Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) by preparing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Leadership teams to refine reporting capabilities and data strategies.
  • Continuously identify process improvement opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency and scalability.
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field. 
  • Strong proficiency in SQL – ability to write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex queries.
  •  Excellent data visualization skills with the ability to present insights in a clear and compelling way.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in email correspondence and stakeholder interactions.
  • Exceptional ability to handle high-priority customer requests and provide strategic insights.
  • Proven ability to automate and optimize reporting processes for improved efficiency.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Looker Studio, Excel, Google Analytics, and GQL
  • Experience automating and improving reporting workflows
