Job Summary SysTechCare Support is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote HR Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic human resources team. This role focuses on attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent across various departments while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate is strategic, results-driven, and has a strong understanding of modern recruitment techniques and HR best practices. This is a fully remote position offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, innovative organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent for multiple roles and departments.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, external recruitment agencies, and educational institutions.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s presence as an employer of choice.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress, challenges, and trends.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with labor laws, HR best practices, and diversity hiring strategies.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a remote or distributed work environment.
  • Demonstrated success in hiring for a range of roles including technical, administrative, and managerial positions.
  • Experience in using recruitment analytics to inform and improve hiring strategies.

Working Hours

  • Full-time, remote position.
  • Standard working hours are flexible, with a core overlap of 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (local time), Monday through Friday.
  • Occasional participation in evening or weekend hiring events may be required.

  • Proficient in modern sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social recruiting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Analytical mindset to assess recruitment data and optimize processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
