Rain Media: Digital Ops & Optimization Ecommerce Manager

Remote, USA Full-time Posted 2026-06-17

Hiring: Digital Operations & Optimization Ecommerce Manager Company: Rain Media / Organics Ocean Reports to: Senior Director of Internal Growth Status: Full-time/W2 Location: Remote (U.S.) with Arizona preference or travel/relocation flexibility Position Overview At Organics Ocean, we’re seeking an E-commerce Operations Manager to own and optimize our entire DTC ecosystem. This role exists to lead the systems, structure, and team that keep our Shopify-driven operations running seamlessly — without leadership dependency. You’ll design and refine scalable processes, coordinate cross-functional execution, and ensure every launch, integration, and workflow function with precision. From aligning developers and designers to partnering with marketing, supply chain, and customer care, you’ll create the connective tissue that keeps growth on track. If you love bringing order to complexity, thrive in high-accountability environments, and take pride in owning results end to end — we’d love to meet you. If you require constant direction or prefer routine over innovation, this may not be the right fit. Who we are: Organics Ocean We are a premium direct-to-consumer supplement brand helping people live healthier lives through science-backed, clean, and effective products. We’re not a company where things stay the same. We test, we optimize, we innovate, and we want someone who thrives in that kind of high-accountability, fast-paced environment. Why join our team? High-growth eCommerce brand: Driven by innovation and fast execution, Organics Ocean has seen 350% year-over-year growth. Ownership & Accountability: We trust our team members to take full ownership of their responsibilities. You are empowered to lead, execute, and improve without micromanagement. We value individuals who take initiative, hold themselves accountable, and drive meaningful results. A team of high performers: We push boundaries, move fast, and get things done. The company is in a phase of rapid growth. This is not a good fit for those who don’t want to grow.

  • Oversee day-to-day eCommerce operations and problem-solve issues quickly and effectively. Optimization & Process Improvement

  • Use dashboards and analytics (Looker, Triple Whale, Shopify reports) to track operational performance and drive decisions.
  • Manage tools, subscriptions, and technology stack to keep systems efficient and cost-effective. Systems Integration & App Management
  • Evaluate new Shopify apps and integrations to enhance checkout, upsells, or user experience.
  • Work with developers to test and deploy new features or automations.
  • Maintain an organized ecosystem with clear documentation and QA processes.
