The Role

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing vital support to our clients, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls from consumers, including the general public, prospective enrollees, and people assisting enrollees or acting on their behalf
  • Tracking and documenting all inquiries using our applicable systems
  • Completing associated tasks according to established guidelines
  • Meeting Quality Assurance (QA) and other key performance metrics
  • Facilitating the fulfillment of caller requests for materials via mail, email, or download
  • Transferring/referencing consumers to appropriate entities according to established guidelines
  • Escalating calls or issues to the appropriate designated staff for resolution as needed
  • Facilitating translation services for non-English speaking callers according to procedures
  • Attending meetings and trainings as requested and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all programs and systems

Requirements

* High school diploma or GED required and 0-6 months of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Strong adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
  • Resilience and a positive, solution-focused attitude
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple systems and using technology
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Must reside in the state of Kansas

Home Office Requirements

* Reliable high-speed internet service

  • Minimum 20 Mpbs download speeds/50 Mpbs for shared internet connectivity
  • Minimum 5 Mpbs upload speeds

Pay Transparency

arenaflex compensation is based on various factors, including job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of arenaflex's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, arenaflex provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. An applicant's salary history will not be used in determining compensation. arenaflex will comply with regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds in all instances.
