Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, resolving issues efficiently, and exceeding customer satisfaction expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues efficiently and effectively

  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and conflict resolution
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of customer service software and tools, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages
