Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Verifying data from source documents according to established procedures and rules
• Verifying data entered with source documents for typographical errors, missing or repeated data, correct use of composition codes, style rules, and edits to make corrections, additions, or deletions as appropriate
• Searching entire application while assembling file in a prescribed sequence, identifying and preparing all necessary Text, CWU, and Drawings information while ensuring a product conforming to established rules and guidelines
• Completing timesheets on a weekly basis
• Following standard procedures as outlined by current ISO requirements
• Performing other job-related duties as required

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Commitment of up to three weeks of full-time remote training
• Commitment of a minimum of 40 productive at-home hours per week
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of computer applications
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to meet scheduled deadlines
• Availability for additional virtual training and meetings as needed
• Ability to pass all pre-employment assessments
• Ability to meet and maintain each applicable department's quantity and quality metrics
• High-speed internet capability
• Must be a U.S. citizen

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in data entry or a related field
• Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
