Your Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers, running the register, and cashiering with a smile
• Making purchase suggestions and promoting arenaflex products and services
• Working with our food program to provide a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
• Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless operations
• Interacting with customers daily, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer care
• Working collaboratively with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily goals and objectives

You're Good at:

* Selling products to customers with confidence and enthusiasm

• Providing excellent customer care and resolving issues promptly
• Communicating effectively and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Working at a quick pace while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude
• Collaborating with a team to achieve daily goals and objectives
• Thinking creatively to solve problems and offer innovative solutions
• Providing suggestions and ideas to improve customer experiences and sales growth

Great if You Have:

* Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment

• Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction
• A high school diploma or equivalent, with a passion for learning and growth
• A motivation to advance in your career and take on new challenges
• A willingness to learn and have fun in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:

* Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours

• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination and occasional ladder climbing
