Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Plano, TX. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders, resolving inquiries, and providing expert solutions to our customers. If you're a strong communicator, a problem-solver, and a team player, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
  • Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and provide expert solutions
  • Helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system
  • Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
