Job Summary

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, processing prescriptions, and maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy environment. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently, using our pharmacy software and systems
  • Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality and safety
  • Work collaboratively with our pharmacists, technicians, and other team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional patient care
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy practices and regulations
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's products and services, including our pharmacy services and health programs
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating concerns to management as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient information and prescription data

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • Prior work experience in a pharmacy or retail environment, preferably with arenaflex; we'll consider candidates with transferable skills and experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and management
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Basic math skills and accuracy in processing prescriptions and handling cash transactions
  • Familiarity with pharmacy software and systems, including electronic health records and prescription management systems

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior experience working with arenaflex's pharmacy software and systems

  • Certification in pharmacy technology or a related field (e.g., Certified Pharmacy Technician, CPhT)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds
  • Experience working in a retail or customer-facing environment, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction
