Job Summary

As a Seasonal Senior Customer Assistance Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and acting as a rental back-up to our airport location. This is a seasonal full-time position, offering a competitive starting rate of pay of $16.50 per hour based on a 40-hour work week. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Act as a rental back-up to our airport location, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing downtime
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Basic computer skills, with experience using software applications such as Microsoft Office

* Experience working in a rental or transportation industry

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
