Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll also be involved in pizza making duties, ensuring that every pizza that leaves our store is of the highest quality. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive one
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare and cook pizzas to the highest quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Operate store technology, including point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
- Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures

Essential Qualifications
* Must be 16 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
