Job Summary

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing prescriptions, and maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy environment. You'll work closely with our pharmacy team to ensure that patients receive the best possible care and that their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy practices and technologies
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • Prior work experience in a pharmacy or retail environment preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and management
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain high standards for quality and safety
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) and pharmacy management systems

  • Knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA
  • Certification in pharmacy technology or a related field (e.g., CPhT, RPh)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues who speak different languages
