- Taylor joined Modern Woodmen with 10 years of experience in the financial services and insurance industry. As the Managing Partner in Morgantown, West Virginia, she focuses on driving growth and building a strong, purpose-driven team. She’s passionate about developing people and loves connecting with motivated individuals who want to do meaningful work while growing both personally and professionally.
- Outside of work, Taylor is a proud mom of three kids under the age of five, which keeps life moving at a fast pace. Together, they stay active and enjoy traveling, attending church, and spending quality time with family and friends.

- Minimum of a Life Insurance License and/or SIE Certification (one or both required)
- Series 26 (or 24) License (preferred)
- Strong community connection (preferably a graduate of a local high school)
- Leadership skills and effective communication ability
- Strong background in sales or customer service
