General Summary:

The Program Manager/Service Delivery Manager is responsible for playing an essential role in delivering value and ensuring the success of interactions with partners. This role works in partnership with the Service Delivery teams to create an excellent customer experience for end-customers and business partners and ensure ever-improving customer support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

-3-5 years of experience working with NetSuite or similar ERP systems, with a focus on data management and integration. -Certifications: NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant or equivalent certification in other ERP systems. -Technical Skills: Strong understanding of ERP modules, data migration, and reporting tools; proficiency in SQL and data analysis. -Project Management: Proven track record of successfully managing ERP implementation or upgrade projects.

Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent business experience • 3+ years of relevant experience

Working Conditions

  • Onsite/Hybrid/Remote depending on location • 0-10% travel may be required
