Final compensation is determined based on experience, expertise, and role alignment. Most candidates are hired within the middle of the range, with the upper end reserved for those bringing exceptional depth, impact, and immediate autonomy.

Here’s How You Make an Impact:
End-to-End Execution: Independently handle complex tickets and feature sets, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet all technical requirements. System Stewardship: Proactively identify and fix technical debt and improve system performance. Peer Mentorship: Provide constructive, in-depth feedback during code reviews and help onboard Level 1 engineers. Operational Excellence: Monitor highly available systems in production and contribute to the improvement of internal documentation.
You Thrive Here By Possessing the Following:
2 - 3 years’of professional experience with React, React Native, Python, Django. Degree in Computer Science, or related. Experience with web application and/or distributed systems development. Proven professional experience in a fullstack environment, with the ability to jump between server-side logic and frontend components to deliver complete features. Pride in writing testable, modular, maintainable, and well-documented code. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on defined features. Requirement to be on-call outside of standard hours on a rotational basis to ensure the stability of our production environment.
