Social Media Manager - UK

Remote, USA Full-time Posted 2026-06-17

ABOUT THE JOB

Think Jam is a leading entertainment creative agency growing the world’s most loved fandoms and franchises on the frontlines of social. We partner with studios, executives and IP holders to give entertainment brands a distinctive voice online and turn marketing channels into vibrant homes for fandom.

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to join the UK team, working on one of the world’s most recognisable entertainment streaming services.

This is a fast-paced role at the heart of a high-output, culturally reactive social account. You’ll be managing busy publishing schedules, spotting opportunities in online conversation, and helping turn entertainment launches into standout social moments.

You’re someone who lives and breathes social platforms. You know what makes content travel on TikTok, what makes a caption land on Instagram, and when a reactive post is worth jumping on.

You’re also a brilliant social copywriter, comfortable switching between sharp one-liners, culturally literate captions and campaign messaging.

Alongside strong creative instincts, you bring serious organisation and attention to detail, able to manage a large, constantly evolving content calendar without missing a beat.

You’re someone who generates ideas constantly, whether it’s a reactive post, a campaign concept or a smarter way to bring a show into the conversation. Working closely with strategists, creatives and clients, you’ll help deliver a high volume of platform-native content that connects entertainment brands to culture, conversation and fandom.

This position is remote and based in the UK.

  • Monitor performance and community conversation to identify optimisation or reactive opportunities
  • Manage community interactions and maintain brand tone of voice
  • Support premieres, events and launches with live posting and content capture where required
  • Produce reports, insights and updates for internal teams and client

  • Highly organised, comfortable managing large and fast-moving publishing schedules
  • Strong understanding of social formats, trends and emerging platform behaviours
  • Confident contributing creative ideas and reacting quickly to cultural moments
  • Experience using analytics or social listening tools to inform content decisions
  • Strong communication skills across copywriting, reporting and client comms

Who You Really Are

  • Chronically online in the best possible way
  • Brimming with ideas and excited by the pace of high-output social
  • Comfortable juggling multiple launches, campaigns and stakeholders

  • Passionate about entertainment and the communities that form around it

  • A dynamic and creative environment where data meets storytelling
  • A flexible, remote-first work culture
  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • A chance to shape the future of fandom-building through data-driven strategies
