Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE Developer

Tasks

  • Be the MS-Dynamics CRM / CE (Customer Engagement) product specialist and provide support regarding any CRM issues, address customer concerns and provide a resolution
  • Work with the Delivery Team and assist across all phases of Business Elements projects (e.g. Plan, Analyze, Design, Build, and Test)
  • Demonstrate technical knowledge to design and implement CRM solutions
  • Research customer issues that may be non-standard to offer solutions
  • Support design of conceptual architecture and technical solutions
  • Ensure project quality meets standards through critical metric identification and testing plan
  • Identify process gaps and work cross-functionally to formulate improvement plans

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience working as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement Developer
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Engineering or other relevant fields of studies
  • Proficiency in Power Platform development: model-driven and canvas Power Apps, Power Automate (cloud flows, business process flows), Power Pages, and Dataverse customisation (entities, relationships, business rules, plugins)
  • Ability to configure and customise standard workflows, dashboards, forms and views within D365; experience with Power BI reporting is a plus but not required
  • Strong knowledge of Power Platform integration capabilities: Power Automate cloud flows and business process flows, custom connectors, Dataverse Web API, and PCF (Power Apps Component Framework); experience with Azure Logic Apps or Azure Functions to extend D365 is a plus
  • Experience writing C# plugins, custom workflow activities, and JavaScript web resources for D365; familiarity with the Dataverse SDK and XRM tooling
  • Knowledge of ALM for Power Platform: managed/unmanaged solutions, environment strategy (Dev / Test / Prod), and deployment pipelines (Azure DevOps or Power Platform Pipelines); Microsoft certifications (PL-200, PL-400) are a strong asset
  • Fluent in English and French
