Your Role at SEEBURGER:

As Product Owner (m/f/d) Agentic AI Orchestration, you are fully responsible for the strategy, design, and market success of a new product in the area of integrating and orchestrating AI components within business processes. This includes the strategic extension of our existing orchestration tool IWS (Integrator Workspace) with the required functionalities.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Vision:
    • Definition and continuous development of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the new AI orchestration product/feature set within IWS.
    • Conducting market and competitive analyses to identify customer needs, market trends, and differentiating functionalities in the area of AI integration and workflow orchestration.
  • Product Development & Management:
    • Creation, maintenance, and prioritization of the product backlog (epics, features, user stories) in close coordination with customers, internal stakeholders (sales, consulting, management), and the development team.
    • Ensuring the technical and economic feasibility of requirements in collaboration with the development team.
    • Continuous support of the entire product lifecycle – from concept through development and market launch to success monitoring.
  • Team Leadership & Coordination:
    • Content-related leadership of a cross-functional team of approximately 5–9 consultants, developers, and UX experts to implement the product roadmap, together with the Agile Master (organization & people management) and the senior experts (technology).
    • Communication of the product vision and strategy to the development team.
  • Go-to-Market & Business Development:
    • Development of the go-to-market strategy (pricing, positioning, messaging) in collaboration with marketing and sales.
    • Preparation of decision documents and presentations for the SEEBURGER Strategy Board as well as internal and external stakeholders.

Your Profile:

  • Successfully completed degree in (business) informatics, business administration with a focus on processes and enterprise application systems, or a comparable qualification
  • At least 6 years of professional experience
  • Several years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager for a software product, with proven ability to build a new business
  • Experience in the area of software platforms, particularly in the field of business integration (as Product Owner / Product Manager or developer)
  • Good knowledge in the field of artificial intelligence, in particular a comprehensive understanding of the application and potential of AI
  • High level of initiative and self-organization
  • Excellent conceptual, analytical, and communication skills
