- Identify psychological, emotional, and behavioral concerns and provide diagnoses
- Provide individual psychotherapy sessions (telehealth and/or in-person, if applicable)
- Implement evidence-based treatment approaches
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Refer clients to other providers when appropriate
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation of patient information and treatment plan (e.g., intake, progress notes, treatment plans)
- Collaborate with psychiatric providers and other team members when appropriate
- Participate in team meetings, case consultations, or supervision (as needed)
- Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and professional standards in Massachusetts
- Support a welcoming and inclusive environment for clients from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Active and unrestricted LICSW license in Massachusetts
- Ability to provide telehealth services to clients physically located in MA
- Experience providing individual psychotherapy to adults or young adults
- Strong clinical documentation skills and ability to complete notes promptly
- Commitment to ethical, client-centered, and culturally responsive care
- Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, or other Asian languages
- Experience working with international students or multicultural populations
- Interest in integrating culturally sensitive approaches into therapy
- Experience with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, or adjustment-related concerns
- Prior experience in group practice or telehealth settings
